Gazing at his picture everyday

WOW. It has been a long ass time since I last posted here. Nearly two years of various computer problems have prevented me from making graphics, but that is all over now. I really need to remodel and reorganize this place, but we'll worry about that later. Heh.

Anyway. I come baring gifts. The other day I was listening to Emma Bunton's cover of "Life in Mono" and was suddenly struck with inspiration for a set of moody and dark David Tennant/Tenth Doctor icons/bases. I veered off that path a bit in places, but that's okay. I'm pretty happy with some of results in particular and am posting them here. The rest are in a zip file located at the bottom of this entry. Woo!

Hopefully more will be coming soon. :-D

Long time, no see. Heh. Anyway, I come baring gifts. 48 to be exact. I'm actually pretty happy with them, overall. Some are a bit... eh, but what can you do? And more will be coming in the next few days because I have whole bunch of new pictures to icon and such. But until then here are a few. And surprisingly, they having nothing to do with LotR or Franz Ferdinand! ::shockhorror::

Well... actually... that's not entirely true. One of the subjects has a little something to with Franz Ferdinand, but that's a whole other thing. So... here:

At the moment I'm taking a break from my super-secret Franz project and my very belated Christmas gift thingies. And in celebration of the WeE's (Elijah Wood's) birthday, yesterday and the day before I went on a graphic spree! Hopefully, I'm not the only one who thinks these look cool.

EDIT: 4:11pm: Okay, it seems photobucket doesn't like me and therefore decided to make all the big graphics blurry and ugly to boot. So I'm working on converting them and then moving them to a new server. Hopefully, they will be uploaded again and reposted tomorrow. Until then, though, the icons are still here.

Sorry about that.

Well, I seem to be "unofficially" back. This back-ness is unofficial because I'm still not completely on my new computer and most of my pictures are still on the old one. Along with most of the icons I made a few months back and still need to convert.

But! I did not come back empty-handed. Thanks to my friend Djuna, I now have in my possession a graphic making program. WOOO! I've had it for about a month now and have been playing with it quite a bit lately. (I even made a new layout at my main journal and some Franz Ferdinand banners that I may post here.)

I made a few icons while playing around with it. I like most of them (mainly the Franz ones), but others? Ick. Anyway, here they are.
